Make a plan

Confirm your destination, preferred move dates and any flexibility.List the rooms, storage spaces and large items involved in the move.Request estimates and explain whether you need packing, transportation or loading help.Set a budget for moving help, supplies, travel and any storage.Check your move-out and move-in dates, building rules and access arrangements.Keep estimates, written agreements and receipts together in one folder.
